Our goal is to meet the fitness needs of everyone who walks through our door. We offer boxing training in Ashland, MA, as well as regular strength and conditioning. Our classes are structured to teach you the skills and fitness used to train and compete in Boxing, Gym, Weight Loss, Fat loss, and all Personal Training. Personal Training, Group, and Corporate sessions are available at competitive prices and can be tailored to meet your needs. You can train at our facility, which has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, or we can come to you.

  • No, we provide all necessary equipment either to use or buy.

  • No boxing experience is required. Our trainers are skilled at teaching boxing techniques to beginners.

  • All levels are welcome! Our programs cater to everyone from beginners to professional athletes.

  • Mon-Thu: 6 am - 8 pm
    Fridays: 6 am - 7 pm
    Saturdays: 8 am - 5 pm
    Sundays: 8 am - 1 pm
