Women’s boxing
This is an ALL-WOMEN’S BOXING CLASS. A high-energy and charged class, incorporating all the important aspects of boxing while toning and shaping your body like a fighter. Techniques, such as heavy bag training and endurance training are utilized until you are dripping in sweat and begging for more! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time!
DURATION
This is a 60-minute class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class we have everything you will need to take the class.
LEVEL
This class caters to all skill levels. Beginners are more than welcome and encouraged to attend.
