Youth Boxing
This is a high-energy and charged class, incorporating all the important aspects of boxing while toning and shaping your body like a fighter. Techniques such as heavy bag training and endurance training are utilized until you are dripping in sweat and begging for more!
DURATION
This is a 60-minute class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class we have everything you will need to take the class.
LEVEL
Great for kids ages x-x.
This class caters to all skill levels. Beginners are more than welcome and encouraged to attend.
